  A beautiful piece of animation, from the character designs, backgrounds, the animation, to the absolutely wonderful music. This web animation deserves the positive attention it gets.

  One of Tezuka's experimental films - an obvious parody of 1920's rubberhose cartoons and poor film preservation. I'm shocked no one else made a film like this. (I suppose Disney's "Get a Horse!" short could count, but it doesn't really play with the film quality as much as this short does.)
